I think they used an Ampeg 140 head.
That's exactly what he used. You can also get an amptweaker tight metal pro pedal. It's the same circuit and you don't need to spend a grand on a head. The cabs were most likely a standard or oversized Mesa. Only pedal I've seen him use is the Ibanez TS9.
